2.89% GRAB YOUR INTEREST?

ANZ New Zealand and TSB New Zealand have now joined ASB Bank and Kiwibank in offering a sub 3% special fixed interest rate.

BUT....TSB Bank New Zealand are going all out by advertising an amazing special fix rate of 2.89% for 12 months, whilst ANZ New Zealand who are the biggest bank in the country have come down to 2.99% for the same fix rate term.

It will be very interesting to see how the remaining banks respond or whether some are considering to review what they have offered.

Here are the Special Fix Rate changes effective from today (12/05/2020):

TSB New Zealand

- 2.89% fixed for 12 months

ANZ New Zealand

- 2.99% fixed for 12 month

- 3.20% fixed for 18 months

- 3.25% fixed for 24 months
