FIX RATE AND LVR CHANGES

THIS IS GREAT NEWS FOR FIRST HOME BUYERS!
Westpac NZ have just announced some amazing changes for low deposit first home buyers.
They are now accepting low deposit home loan applications:
- From NEW and EXISTING Westpac customers.
- They will also offer Pre-Approvals.
I eagerly wait for other banks to follow - Well done Westpac!
FIX RATE CHANGES
Westpac NZ have today joined ANZ NZ, ASB Bank, Kiwibank and TSB NZ in offering a sub 3% interest rate.
The Co-Operative Bank NZ have also made changes to their fixed rates, notably to their 6month owner occupied rate, which is currently the lowest across the banks below.
SBS Bank and BNZ have yet to make any changes so we will wait with great anticipation!
