Today BNZ reduced their 12 and 18 month fix rates. This follows ASB Bank rate changes made on Friday 22 June 2020.

Friday 19 June 2020 saw ASB Bank making some changes to their fix rates with Kiwibank making a change to their 6 month rate today.

Today Kiwibank dropped their floating rate to 3.40% - this is an amazing reduction compared to the 7 other banks. Hope this will encourage other banks to change their home loan floating rates.

Today ANZ New Zealand have reduced some of their fix rates. The fix rates changes have been made to some of their Standard Fix Rates as well as some of their Special Fix Rates.

Over the weekend, SBS Bank followed two other NZ Banks by reducing their fix rates. The fix rates changes have been made across their Standard Fix Rates as well as some of their Special Fix Rates.

Another NZ Bank have made changes to their fix rates following The Co-Operative Bank rate reductions yesterday. Today TSB Bank New Zealand have reduced their rates between the 2 and 5 year fix rate terms.
